The method chosen in determining the target is by conducting social mapping, namely activities carried out in order to produce a picture of the social conditions of the community so that they can understand the social conditions of the community starting from habits, customs, values, norms and so on in a society that can be used as a basis for determining an effective and targeted program.

Overall, CSR activities carried out throughout 2016, include environmental conservation programs, programs in the field of employment, occupational health and safety, social and community development programs and other programs related to responsibility to consumers.
